Job Description
Reporting to the CEO, the primary purpose of this position is to lead the development and growth of Advocare’s partnerships, fundraising and membership initiatives to strengthen organisational sustainability and expand impact across Western Australia by identifying, developing and implementing opportunities that diversify revenue streams through corporate partnerships, philanthropy, fundraising campaigns, sponsorship and membership growth.
The role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery and is focused on building a practical, outward-facing partnerships and membership function aligned to Advocare’s purpose, values and strategic priorities.
This is a 12-month, fixed term position contracted to 60 hours per fortnight within a purpose-driven team.

Support Outreach Coordinator – South West
Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Supportive Outreach Coordinator (SOC) is to provide specialist and intensive assistance to help people within the Care finder target population to access aged care and connect with other relevant supports in the community.
This is a home-based role with outreach travel required within the designated service delivery area. The role will include both phone and face to face support to clients. Our team provides intensive support connecting at risk community members to aged care services, which includes attending aged care assessments when required.
This is a two-year fixed term, part-time position at 45 hours per fortnight within a purpose-driven team. Preference will be given to candidates living within the Warren Blackwood region who are able to service this priority area.

Financial Advocate
Job Description
The primary purpose of this position is to provide advocacy, information and education to older people to assist them to understand and have their rights upheld and to provide support to advocates and older people receiving aged care services, to assist with a better understanding of costs and pricing, to support client choice.
The Financial Advocate will provide support in line with the National Aged Care Advocacy Framework providing specialist financial information and advocacy that is client directed, and rights-based to the older person. The position will not provide financial advice or counselling. The position is also responsible for working collaboratively with the team to further Advocare’s objectives.
