Help tackling transport services online

If you need a confidence boost in tackling driver’s licence paperwork, and accessing the Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure (DTMI) services information on their website, they are offering free two-hour sessions for Perth-based senior citizens groups.

Their team will come to you, answer questions on related topics they discuss and provide assistance with matters including;

  • Creating DoTDirect Online Accounts via their website, and demonstrating how to use DoT’s digital driver and vehicle services
  • Teaching safe online transaction practices and addressing common concerns related to transactions
  • Supporting seniors with concession details and eligibility
  • Sharing information on medical requirements, vehicle registration processes, licence renewals

The Department’s goal is to help participants build confidence in using online services while reducing the need to visit a Driver and Vehicle Service Centre in person.
