2026 WA Seniors Week Community Grants open

The 2026 WA Seniors Week Community Grants Program is funded by the Department of Communities and offers financial support to local governments, community groups, and not-for-profit organisations to celebrate the valuable contributions of older people in Western Australia.

Whether you are planning a neighbourhood gathering, an intergenerational activity, or an event that reaches seniors, the grants offer practical support to help you deliver a successful and meaningful initiative.

Activities providing opportunities for seniors experiencing social isolation or other barriers to participation will be highly regarded.

With funding available across both metropolitan and regional areas, now is the time to start planning an event that brings people together and recognises the value of seniors in your community.

WA Seniors Week runs from Sunday 8 November to Sunday 15 November 2026.
